BLOOD DONORS NEEDED IN BALLYROAN

The Irish Blood Transfusion Service Board's mobile unit team will be at Ballyroan Boys’ National School on Thursday 10 March 2011 from 5:00pm – 8:30pm

Some 3000 units (pints) of blood are needed overall each week to cater for emergency and routine cases requiring transfusions of blood and blood products.

In hospitals all over the country.

Blood donors are especially needed, at this time, to meet the needs of those who are depending on the resources of the transfusion service to be available to them.
