Brendan Wall to hang up his hurl after Corn Final
Sunday"s Corn Fág a Bealach final will bring the curtain down on the great career of Brendan Wall.
The ever present Kilkenny Maestro has decided to hang up his hurl after Sunday"s game, after playing with the Boden Junior Team for 12 years. In that time, Brendan was involved in 7 Junior Championship Finals (1995, 1996, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003).
Brendan has a virtual alphabet of medals winning an A championship in 2000; a B Championship in 1996 and a C Championship in 2001.
Emmet Pullan and Selectors have a full squad to pick from for Sunday"s crucial Corn Fág a Bealach Final with St Finians of Swords.
Gavin Duff and Daragh Aherne were unavailable for the semi final win over O"Dwyers but are both available for the final. The panel are determined to avenge the Championship Final defeat of last August.
