Can non natives play for Dublin?

The next meeting of the County Committee on 2 February 2004 will discuss the issue of players who are not from the county representing Dublin at inter-county level.
The discussion will not relate to players who moved to Dublin while still a juvenile.
Clubs have been invited to make their views known at this meeting.
