In other ladies football news -
Under 10 - three teams took part in the Blitz at St. Margaret"s and all finished runners up in their divisions.
Under 12A - lost to Cabinteely by 3 - 8 to 0 - 10 in the championship semi-final.
Under 12B - lost to Croi Ró Naofa by 8 - 6 to 6 - 7 in the Shield quarter-final.
Under 12C - this side managed by Ger Basquel and Cormac O"Farrell reversed a heavy defeat by St. Brigid"s earlier in the season to claim a fine win in the Shield.
Under 16 - lost by four points to St. Brigid"s.
