Just a note to confirm that the very 1st Minor League Blitz will take place on Saturday July 3rd - and we have the four corners of Ireland covered with teams from Galway (Portumna), Tipperary (Toomevara)  Armagh (St Brenda's Ballymacnab) and three from Dublin ( Lucan, St Judes, Ballyboden - although Lucan have not yet confirmed) - the event is being held at and hosted by Ballyboden. Up for grabs are the plate shield and cup as well as the player of the tournament (as voted by the referees).

Of course the Boden hospitality will make its usual star appearance but what has made this such a great event is the response and enthusiasm as shown by the participating teams and their coaches. The first matches start at 11am with the final for the cup rounding off the day at 3.30 with a hour break at 1.30. The presentations will be at 5pm. All are welcome to come along and support the home team.
