Castleknock GAA  are hosting details a Football Coaching morning which will take place on Saturday November 27th in Somerton.(which is beside Castleknock Hotel & Country Club)
 
 
Open to: Members and Non Members (no children allowed) of Castleknock GAA 
 
Time: 10am to 1.30pm ( Registration from 9.15am). Arrive early (before 9.30) so that things get started on time.
 
Cost: €20
 
Target age groups 13yrs- adult ( But I would encourage mentors and parents of all age groups to attend)
 
Guest Coaches attending:

1. Pillar Caffrey (Forward play and fitness with ball)
2. Paddy Christie (Defence and tackling)
3. Philly McMahon (Strength and Conditioning)
4. Mick O'Shea (Goalkeeping)
 
 
Format: People attending will be divided into four groups and will spend approx 40 mins with each guest coach who will put our minor team through their paces. At the end there will be a questions and answers session with the guest coaches. Tea and sandwiches will also be served.
