Some 20 mentors and coaches from the club were part of the overflow attendance at the Hurling Symposium in Croke Park. The organisers were expecting about 150 delegates but during the week the numbers soared reaching over 400 on the day.

Superb presentations were made by Diarmuid,  as well as Cork Manager Donal O"Grady, Kilkenny manager Brian Cody, former Tipp Boss Nicky English, Dublin Coaching Director Ger O"Connor and former Wexford supremo Liam Griffin

Anyone who would like to relive the experience can purchase a video or DVD of the day from Michael O"Grady c/o of the County Board.  Price €20.
