Help needed with security in Sancta Maria.

Have you got 20mins to spare once every 2 weeks to help protect our grounds in Sancta Maria.  If yes please drop a mail to underneath.

Many of our neighbours and members of the club regularly stroll around the grounds but probably unaware of who to contact etc in the event of unusual activities. We hope to formalise this and set up an active security group of neighbours and local club members. These excellent facilities are used constantly by all of us and repeatably we hear from visiting clubs how fortunate we are. However it is presently a huge drain on a small number of volunteers to protect the interests of so many.

In the meantime could we appeal to everyone as follows:

1. Lock up all facilities after use. Do not assume others will do so.
2. Nominate one person/team responsible for keys .
3. Do not issue keys to any unauthorised personnel including underage club members.
4. Clean dressing rooms after use 
5. Repeatably groundsman and volunteers remove rubbish after training sessions. Please please insist on your players taking all bottles etc with them.
6. As club member you are entitled to ask any non-member to move off grounds. Please do so, if necessary, with discretion. 

When our sons and daughters drive in those gates in 10 or 20 years time they will hopefully be as proud of facilities as we are today. Let's work together to ensure that.
