Top-up Voluntary Insurance Scheme to be scrapped says Irish Independent

A report in the Irish Independent says that the Players Voluntary Insurance Scheme is to be scrapped at the end of the month due to a lack of support from players. A price hike for the compulsory scheme is on the cards.
